Donation Terms and Conditions – EternalOT

1. Nature of Donations

By making a donation to EternalOT, the donor acknowledges that this contribution is entirely voluntary and is intended to support the maintenance, development, and improvement of the server.

Donations do not represent the purchase of goods or services, but rather a gesture of support for the project and its community.

2. Non-Refundable Nature

All donations made to EternalOT are final and non-refundable under any circumstance.

The donor agrees that no refunds, returns, or compensation will be provided, even in cases of lost progress, account suspensions, temporary or permanent server closures, or any other unforeseen situation.

3. In-Game Benefits

Any benefit, item, or advantage obtained within the game as a result of a donation will be considered a symbolic token of appreciation by the EternalOT team.

These benefits have no monetary value, do not grant ownership rights over the server, nor do they constitute a commercial transaction.

4. Donor Responsibility

The donor is fully responsible for the information and means used when making their contribution.

EternalOT is not responsible for donations made using third-party accounts, incorrect information, or unauthorized payment methods.

5. Changes and Updates

EternalOT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove donation methods, associated benefits, or delivery conditions at any time, without prior notice.

These modifications will take effect from the moment they are published.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a donation, the donor declares to have fully read, understood, and accepted these EternalOT Donation Terms and Conditions, committing to fully respect them.
